Semper Technology, Inc., is proud to be involved in Loudoun Habitat for Humanity projects since 2010. Another Dream Built! Marie, my wife, and I were proud to be the house and construction crew leads for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome rehabilitation project at located at 35 Alden Court, Sterling, VA 20165 that we began in July, 2011. With the help of many dedicated volunteers, we finished the house just before Thanksgiving and had the dedication on December 3, 2011, where we were honored to hand over the house keys to the partner family as well as recognize all of those that contributed to the building of this dream. To keep the momentum going, Marie and I volunteered to lead the next house rehabilitation project just around the corner from Alden Court at 10 Palmer Court, 20165. The planning stage for this 3 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome has been completed, so we are ready to start demolition on February 24, 2012 with a private Team Build. On February 25, 2012, we'll start the usual Saturday routine (see below). Just like at Alden Court, the crew we are honored to lead each week is all-volunteer, so the success in building of another dream in 3 to 4 months is directly dependant on who shows up each week. We'll be at the house every Saturday from around 8AM to about 3PM, but you can come and go whenever, so come on out and share your handyman or handywoman skills or learn some new ones.
